  • What if I don't have any artistic talent?
    Any level of creative ability is welcome! Our instructors will guide you step-by-step through the process and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of the class. We have set up our classes so that anyone able to hold a pen will be able to create something beautiful.
  • What days are classes held?
    We have availability for classes Wednesdays through Sundays. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • Is there an age requirement to attend Cinder Bella classes?
    For most normal classes, ages 13-17 are allowed with an adult over the age of 18 and everyone must have a paid seat. Due to the nature of the classes and the hot tools that will be used, children under the age of 7 are not allowed.
  • Can a friend or a child attend an event without wood burning or paying?
    Children age 7-15 are allowed to attend without paying for an additional seat, but due to limited seating in the various locations, a physical spot for them to sit may not be available. Anyone above the age of 15 must have a paid seat.
  • Am I allowed to bring an infant to the class if they are in a wrap or Moby type of carrier?
    Children under the age of 7 may not attend these classes due to the dangerous nature of small children and hot tools. Exceptions will only be made for classes that are attended in a host's home, but exceptions must be discussed with instructor prior to class.
  • What your class cancellation policy?
    Due to the nature of our classes and the customization that is provided for each participant, no refunds will be issued for cancelations within 4 days of your class. Cancelations after 4 days but at least 24 hrs before your class may receive a credit for a future event but if you are a no-show, or don't give at least 24 hours' notice, you will forfeit your payment and will not receive a credit. Seats ARE transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change and new contact information.
  • How will I know if you cancel a class due to weather?
    We will email everyone as soon as the decision is made, but we rarely cancel classes, so unless you have heard from us, it is okay to assume we will still be having a class!
  • What do I need to bring to class?
    Nothing! We will provide everything you will need to participate in the class. Private parties may serve their own food and beverages.
  • May I bring in my own beverages?
    This depends on the location on your class. For more information, reach out directly to your instructor for the rules and regulations of the class location.
  • When do I need to arrive for my class?
    We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before class starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle with friends before the instructor begins.
  • What should I wear to class?
    No official dress code here... dress casual or dress up. The only thing that we request is that you do not wear outfits with fringe, bell sleeves, scarves, or other things that may come into contact unintentionally with the wood burner. These tools are extremely hot and can cause damage or fire if clothing is caught on it.
  • Is there reserved seating?
    Yes, we have all of your materials, including customized designs at your spot before you arrive. If you have someone specific that you'd like to sit by in your class, let us know when you book the class or send us an email with at least 3 hours notice.
  • What benefits do members get?
    Becoming a member and fellow pyro can get you a lot of perks! 1. Members will receive 1 Pyro Point for every $1 spent at Cinder Bella Studios (points for booked classes will be given upon completion of the class). 2. Members will get access to a supportive community of fellow Cinder Bella Pyros where they can share their work, get feedback, and connect with other creatives. 3. Members will get badges for various things like their level of participation in the Cinder Bella Pyro Community, how many classes they've taken, etc.

  5. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE COMING UNDER ONE BOOKING, YOU WILL RECEIVE A LINK TO A URL FOR YOUR GUESTS TO RSVP AND FILL OUT THE CUSTOMIZATIONS THEY WANT

  6. PAY THE CLASS FEE

  7. SHOW UP TO THE PARTY AND HAVE FUN!

  5. PAY THE $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT

  6. GET A BOOKING URL FOR YOUR GUESTS

  7. GUESTS RSVP THROUGH URL

  8. SHOW UP TO THE PARTY

  9. GUESTS PAY THEIR CLASS FEE

  10. HOST GETS BACK THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT (MINUS THEIR CLASS FEE)
