We want to make your custom order experience as smooth and exciting as possible! Here’s what to expect when you place an order with Cinder Bella:

1. Place Your Order Online
Submit your order through our website, selecting your product and providing any initial details you’d like us to know.

2. We’ll Reach Out to Confirm Your Design
After we receive your order, Cinder Bella Studios will personally reach out to gather any specific design details or customizations you’d like.

3. Receive Your Digital Proof
Once your design details are confirmed, we’ll create a digital proof for you to review. This is your chance to see your design and request any adjustments before we begin!

4. Artwork Creation Begins
After you approve your proof, we get started on bringing your piece to life!

5. Completion & Shipping
Completion and shipping timelines vary based on the complexity of your piece and the number of custom orders currently in progress. Cinder Bella Studios will keep you updated on availability and expected timelines as we work on your order. Please reach out if you have any questions prior to starting your order. 

As soon as your item is complete, we’ll package it with care and ship it out to you!

To preserve the artwork's beauty and durability, please follow these simple care guidelines:

1. Cleaning:
• Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
• For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid excessive moisture.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or ammonia-based products, as these can damage the polycrylic finish.

2. Handling:
• Handle the artwork with clean, dry hands to avoid transferring oils or dirt.
• If the piece is large or heavy, support it from the bottom rather than lifting it by protruding parts.

3. Placement:
• Display the artwork indoors and avoid direct sunlight, as prolonged UV exposure can cause fading or yellowing over time.
• Keep the artwork away from heat sources, such as radiators, fireplaces, or vents, to prevent warping.
• Maintain stable humidity levels to minimize the risk of wood expansion or contraction.

4. Protection:
• Although polycrylic provides a durable finish, avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on the artwork.
• If the piece is functional (like a tray or tabletop), consider using coasters or placemats to protect the surface from spills and scratches.

5. Touch-ups (if needed):
• Small scratches can sometimes be minimized by gently rubbing a tiny amount of paste wax over the area, then buffing lightly.
• For significant damage, consult a professional for refinishing advice.
